Vintage Lady Card

I made this for one of the ladies over on MSE who's birthday was a while ago,

It was created by using a digital stamp ( I cannot remember where from but I do love it) coloured in with prismacolour pencils,
Scalloped oval nestabilities,
papermania capsule collection blue paper,
flower punches in two sizes a sentiment and bling from stash,
