I don't normally have time to enter challenges, but decided to have a go this week,

It was created using
Kambam  cupcake stamps, coloured using Prismacolour pencils
Dovecraft cupcake papers,
DCWV Garden Party Papers,
Borders cut with xcut hearts punch, flowers Martha Stuart flower punch,
Ribbon and Brads from stash,
